Visiting Campus
Prior to visiting campus during the school day, please ensure that you have followed the necessary steps outlined below prior to your planned visit to ensure things go as planned. Please review the different types of visits outlined below along with their respective procedures to ensure a smooth experience. Visiting a Classroom/Event
All classroom/event visitors visiting campus during the school day must be pre-approved. Please use the following form to request/schedule your visitation, after first making arrangements for the visitation with the staff member supervising the event/classroom you plan to visit.

Field Trip/Event Volunteers and Chaperones
If you have been invited to join a field trip or event as a chaperone by a Burton staff member, please ensure that you have completed the required Sterling Volunteers background screening and received clearance/approval prior to your arrival on campus. Please be aware that this process can take several days to a week.

Serving Lunch/Pre-Arranged Volunteers
If you have been pre-arranged to volunteer by a Burton staff member, please simply check in at the front office with a valid government-issued photo ID. Please also ensure that you have completed the Sterling Volunteers background screening. Please be aware that this process can take several days to a week.
