Financial Aid & Scholarship Opportunities

Financial Aid & Tuition Assistance

One online application now allows families to be considered for Financial Aid support, as well as all three Tuition Assistance programs outlined below!

Financial Aid (Current & New Families): Burton Academy contracts with FACTS Mgt. Co. to provide financial aid assessment services. Families provide their relevant financial information directly to FACTS, which remains strictly confidential. FACTS compiles the information to evaluate the financial need status of each applicant, which in turn is communicated to Burton Academy, where a final determination is made. Applications may be made below where financial need exists.

Tuition Assistance Programs (New Families): Tuition Assistance programs offered by Burton Academy are focused on making Adventist Education a reality for students and families who are new to Burton. They are made possible through our partnerships with the Texas Conference of SDA, the Southwestern Union of SDA, as well as our Endowment Funds.

Prior to applying, please review the program requirements here.

Donor Scholarship Programs (New Families)

Through the support of generous donors, we are grateful to be able to offer scholarship programs for families new to Burton Academy, dependent upon grade level and situation. While these scholarships vary from year to year, new applicants will be notified if they meet criteria for one of these opportunities after completing the new student application at the link below. To determine eligibility, give us a call at (817) 572-0081 and ask for the business office, or begin your application now!

Partnering For Eternity Scholarship

Burton Academy’s Partnering for Eternity Scholarship program pairs students with seniors in the community to ease senior isolation and teach students the value of service, with students receiving scholarship support through their ministry. Participating elementary students (K-8) can receive scholarships up to $1,320/year, and high school students can receive scholarships up to $1,600/year. Scholarship funds are provided via a partnership between the SFFC Foundation (70%) and Burton Adventist Academy (30%), with Burton Academy’s portion coming from special fundraising efforts. The PFE scholarship is offered to students and parents who are passionate about serving others, and subject to funding availability. Before applying, please review the PFE Scholarship page here for more details, and then complete the application below. If approved, parents and students are required to attend an in-person orientation prior to beginning visits in August. We invite you to prayerfully consider participating as we seek to bless and support our community and it’s seniors.
