
Enrollment- Step 5
Congratulations on completing the first 4 steps of the enrollment process and most recently, completing your financial arrangements! You can expect to receive a series of new family orientation text messages that will help get your family prepared for a successful school year! Additionally, please ensure you complete all of the registration items below during the summer registration period (July 14-17 & 21-24) if you haven’t yet done so:
Submit birth certificate
Submit immunization records/Immunization Affidavit Waiver Request
Submit school physical form (all students in grades 4-12)
Submit student’s health insurance card (if insured)
Take school ID photo (in central office with Burton blue polo)
Select a locker (Junior High and High School students)
Submit bus application and/or student vehicle form (if applicable)
Submit a full time after care form (if applicable)
