Enrollment- Step 5

Congratulations on completing the first 4 steps of the enrollment process and most recently, completing your financial arrangements! You can expect to receive a series of new family orientation text messages that will help get your family prepared for a successful school year! Additionally, please ensure you have completed all of the registration items below if you haven’t yet done so:

• Submit birth certificate

• Submit immunization records

• Submit school physical form (all students in grades 3-12)

• Submit student’s health insurance card (if insured)

• Take school ID photo (in central office with Burton blue polo)

• Select a locker (Junior High and High School students)

• Submit bus application and/or student vehicle form (if applicable)

• Submit a full time after care form (if applicable)
